Snooki Denied Trademark For ‘Snooki’
Celebrity Buzz The Jersey Shore's Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has been denied the trademark for her nickname because of “likelihood of confusion” with a 2004 children's book called “Adventures of Snooky: Under the Sea.” Luckily, this just means that she can't author any books using the nickname, so I think we're OK.
