		<strong>The AP wants bloggers to pay licensing fees to quote from their stories.</strong>
		Unfortunately, a nifty clause in the United States Code provides for something called &#8220;fair use,&#8221; allowing for the use of copyrighted material without the copyright holder&#8217;s permission in certain cases, like for educational purposes or commentary/criticism. Watch out, AP, you&#8217;ve gone and got the whole internet mad at you!
