A passenger train derailment on Sunday left four dead and more than 60 injured. It is still too early to determine if human error played a factor, officials said.
Four people are dead, and at least 67 are injured following the Metro-North train derailment. The train was traveling at 82 mph as it was entering a 30 mph curve.
