POLITICS BUZZ: Barack Obama has purchased 30 minutes of airtime on both NBC and CBS, set to air Wednesday, October 29 - less than a week before Election Day. Speculation about what’s going to happen during the Obama TV Show is mixed. TV BUZZ: After an unfinished 2nd season due to the writers’ strike, the Dillon Panthers are set to take the field for their 3rd season on DirecTV tonight. Since DirecTV has picked up part of the tab on the show, they are getting first dibs at airing it for their subscribers tonight. Loyal fans have either subscribed to the satellite service or found their own alternatives . However, model citizens will have to wait until February to catch the new season on NBC.
