The show’s being produced by Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Corolla’s Jackhole Productions which also did Crank Yankers. Looks like the puppet music video for Champion gave some desperate Cable TV execs an idea. Unfortunately, Jim Henson was not available, so they settled on Kanye instead.
TV Buzz If a new Muppet film goes well, Disney might bring the show back. Forgetting Sarah Marshall writer Jason Segel, who’s writing the film, is already talking about writing a show too. So maybe that explains these cute little official-looking Muppet clips on YouTube last month.
Jeff Rubin points us to what is possibly the sweetest segment to ever appear on Sesame Street. It’s when the little girl professes her love for Kermit that you can totally imagine the puppeteer start to well up a little bit.
