For the second year running, the Miss USA entrant in the Miss Universe contest has a slip-n-fall on stage. Crystle Stewart, the 26-year-old representative of the U.S. and A. at this year’s Miss Universe pageant in Vietnam, tanked during the evening gown segment of the competition.
