CELEBRITY BUZZ: Amber Hay is the 20-year-old “actress” who starred in the YouTube video “Paris in Jail,” and appears on the cover of August’s Girls Gone Wild magazine. The Hawaiian hussy has been linked to Joe Francis (the sketchy creator of Girls Gone Wild ), Matthew McConaughey, Owen Wilson and Jeremy Piven. Hay plays the part of Paris Hilton in the 2009 movie “Hollywood Brats” (as well as “Paris in Jail”), and has small parts in “Entourage,” “Surfer Boy” and “Beerfest.”

CELEBRITY BUZZ: There’s a war brewing in Malibu: Surfers are fighting the paparazzi, and it’s all because of Matthew McConaughey. A group of surfers confronted the photogs last Saturday in Malibu — they were trying to get pictures of McConaughey surfing and the locals rose to his defense. Or it may just be that surfers really hate the paps. The videos are kinda brutal, in that everyone gets really angry and then starts fighting. No charges have been pressed on either side yet, and the comments on the X-17 paparazzo site predict another round of fighting on Saturday. May the biggest idiots win!

It’s worth nothing that the pipe supplier named his son Miller Lyte after being belittled by friends about fatherhood prohibiting him from continuing to show up with beer. Proved them wrong, didn’t you, Rooster? Either that, or you’re merely passing down the gift of painful adolescence to the next McConaughey generation.
