TECH BUZZ: Ithaca and Santa Cruz are considering a fully-electric rapid transit system that uses small, autonomously-guided vehicles with capacities of up to 10 people. Yay public transportation! As a New Yorker, I can vouch that not ever having to drive is always a good justification to get really, really wasted wherever you go.
