    Porn industry leaders team up to form PAK, a group dedicated to litigating porn pirates (and yes, that’s the cover to the award-winning pornographic film, Pirates, to the left). The group expects to target increasingly popular “Tube” websites - Websites that are modeled after YouTube but specialize in smut. While the group has certainly taken an aggressive stance, the RIAA has been trying to do the same thing with music thieves for years, but obviously to little success. The Beacon backlash continues: A woman in Texas has filed suit against Blockbuster for revealing her rental choices without permission, violating the 1988 Videotape Privacy Protection Act.
