From the “Things that probably took a really long time to make” category, comes a fully automated, motorized lego theater, featuring a play about pirates. The plot of the play could use a little work, but it has a shark in it, so I'm not complaining.

Flickr user Legofesto recreates horrifying events in Lego. It's meant to make a point about media self-censorship of graphic images. And it's really SO CREEPY.

Each of the scenes is instantly recognizable, and it looked like some of these took quite a bit of time. There’s a lot of attention paid to detail, as not only are the characters and stages recreated, but energy gauges and other in-game information, too.

Brick Arms makes customized Lego toys, and this year their Minifigs line has alot of consumers seeing red. The Lego figure getting all the heat is “Brick-Arms Bandit Mr. White” or as the UK Sun calls him Osama Bin Lego. I will bet the folks at Lego are r-e-a-l happy about that.
