Jack kicked Scott's ass in Friday's game battle. Final score at 6pm EST: Scott's game got 1,099 views and Jack's game got 6,916 views. But before I could fire Scott, I got a concerned call from BuzzFeed's board of directors (pictured below). My cell phone rings and all 11 of these guys are on the other end of the line wanting to talk about “a very serious matter”!!! They all agreed that Scott's game totally sucks but they were concerned about the “grave legal implications blah blah blah” of publicly humiliating Scott. They voted 11-0 to keep Scott. Long story short, once my vote was counted it was 11-1 which means Scott gets to stay on as an editor at BuzzFeed. There was one bit of good news - I managed to convince the board to suspend Scott's salary for one month as a penalty for sucking so bad. Also I think Jack cheated - I mean how did he get 7,000 people to play such a crappy game??!!
