CULTURE BUZZ: The chief judge of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, currently presiding over an obscenity case in Los Angeles, has admitted to posting naughty pictures on his website. By naughty, I mean things like photos of naked women on all fours body-painted like cows.
