Seriously justice system, how is she not in jail? Lindsay Lohan has done exactly everything wrong that a person on probation could possibly do including, but not limited to buying drugs on camera, blowing off community service, and most recently committing another hit and run.

Celebrity Buzz Andy Dick is under house arrest. So, like all good inhabitants of the entertainment industry, he's launched his very own web talk show! It's called House Arrest with Andy Dick and is billed as “the first celebrity talk show that must comply with a probation officer.” The jury's still out as to it's compliance with basic comedy law. I love the idea though, so fingers crossed!
