This clever little piece of print advertising that's running in maternity magazines is a double-page spread showing a breastfeeding woman with her baby. The pages are glued together, but when you tear them apart, the baby's mouth tears at the nipple. The point is to illustrate that breastfeeding can be incredibly painful, unless you use the lotion that's being advertised. The ad is just ever-so-slightly NSFW. (Via.)
