Celebrity Buzz Amber Hay is the 20-year-old “actress” who starred in the YouTube video “Paris in Jail,” and appears on the cover of August’s Girls Gone Wild magazine. The Hawaiian hussy has been linked to Joe Francis (the sketchy creator of Girls Gone Wild), Matthew McConaughey, Owen Wilson and Jeremy Piven. Hay plays the part of Paris Hilton in the 2009 movie “Hollywood Brats” (as well as “Paris in Jail”), and has small parts in “Entourage,” “Surfer Boy” and “Beerfest.”
