Animals Buzz Kitty Tetherball is a game of champions. And there are two of them here.
This quick guide will help anyone looking to have a great time this year for Cinco De Mayo. Enjoy!
Culture Buzz CDs suddenly don't seem so obsolete when artist Sean Avery reassembles them as beautiful, (literally) reflective pieces of art. His ability to create the texture of fur and feathers using nothing but recycled materials is not only impressive but visually striking. Unfortunately trying to pet any of these animals would probably yield to a whole lot of band-aids. (via seaneavery.com)
Food Buzz Chocolate is delicious and as I always say, the weirder the better. Okay, I don't actually say that, but it's totally true in this instance.
Style Buzz Las Vegas-based fashion designer Malina Sharoni calls her edible candy bikini wear “haute couture.” Uh, no.
Culture Buzz This is what too much money looks like. Too much money and so much fun.
Science Buzz Whoever said science was boring clearly didn't see this awesome video. Check out part 1 here!
This wild single-pipe roller coaster built over the Alpines of Mieders, Austria looks like dangerous fun.

Culture Buzz Regardless of what this sign says, I'm totally with them. But in case you're wondering, the sign translates: “We have the right to be upset. Excellent education for all.”
Celebrity Buzz Something tells me that Prince Harry will be living it up as a swingin' bachelor way longer than his older brother did.
Harry and the gang are just oozing cynicism in this one. (via goddess-of-the-coma.tumblr.com)
Music Buzz Even if you don't have a musical bone in your body, chances are you've probably played the recorder. This one is dedicated to the greatest songs that drove our parents crazy.
Food Buzz Zuckerberg's I-only-chew-who-I-murder diet isn't a rampage, it's a personal challenge. He's killing cuz he cares. In that case, here are the 9 tools you will need to eat just like the Zuckerguru.
Math nerds! Help!!! This is really hard and fun. Make yourself useful for once! (Spiked Math, via TDW Geeks)
Thanks to an article containing this photo, posted yesterday afternoon by Gawker, New York Congressman Christopher Lee (R) promptly resigned from the United States House of Representatives. Lee sent this photo in response to a classified on Craigslist's Women Seeking Men forum, passing himself off as a single lobbyist who is “a fit fun classy guy.” Lee is, of course, married. The entire, slightly goofy Craigslist exchange between Lee and his prospective mistress is over at Gawker.
Culture Buzz Remember when you counted down the days until Halloween? It’s never quite as magical, but it sure is fun taking a trip down memory lane!
In Eastern Europe, playgrounds are designed to induce permanent trauma in their victims. It builds character. (Via.)
Tech Buzz ChatrouletteBingo.net automatically generates a handful of randomized Chatroulette Bingo cards for you and your friends! Later, workday.
TheFunTheory.com (who brought us piano stairs) have a new way to trick us into making the world a better place.
Volkswagen in Sweden installed musical pads into a staircase, and found that 66% of people who would have taken the adjacent escalator chose the stairs instead.
It's Friday and I'm bored, so here's what we're going to do: Post your favorite thing-to-look-at-when-your-bored link below. The best 3 boredom busters end of day each win a free… whatever is in my hand. NOTE: This week's “thing in my hand” is a toy, but who knows what it will be next week if this works. There's tons of stuff that can go in my hands. Tons.

America is getting fatter and fatter, so in an effort to help guide you through the fatness, we decided to label each stage.
Every Monday, a new puppy to name. For every name suggested, 50 cents is given to the ASPCA. For every vote a name gets, another 25 cents is donated. How fun is that? Wizzer? Prancer? Poopsie? Anything you say. So long as you say it, everyone's a winner!
http://zoomdoggle.com/2009/05/stand-on-this-car/
See the car. Stand on the hood. Take a picture. Win a prize (maybe). Ford gave me a car. I like standing on the car. Probably because I don't own the car. But you don't own the car either. Get up on there…. don't worry, I've left the complete instructions in the windshield. If you're in New York and see it, get on it!
A time-lapse video of a Cinco de Mayo festival in Portland, Oregon. The beautiful imagery with a hot soundtrack makes my cubicle feel a bit more festive.
