Food Buzz If you're not reading the newish NYT food critic's reviews, you should. They're smart and have very little to do with molecular gastronomy or whatever the latest boring Top Chef trend is. I think he's now my third favorite working critic (to Anthony Lane and Mary HK Choi, in that order).
