Style Buzz Perhaps the best Internet shirt since Three Wolf Moon. Now someone just needs to set the E.T. theme to Nyan Cat.
A retiree discovered the face of E.T. in a tree trunk. Found images of '80s sci-fi icons are an interesting change from finding religious images everywhere.
Robert Blankenheim (very creatively) used clips from movies starring the grown-up cast of E.T. the Extraterrestrial, along with a LOT of DIY visual effects to bring to life a sequel that's more War of the Worlds than Turn on your Heartlight.
And, oh hey, there's Kanye. This was taken on the set of Katy's new video and posted on her Facebook profile today.
Or maybe it's just the mental image Garfield uses as thinspo. An E.T. meets ALF toy would actually make a lot more sense.
Culture Buzz E.T. and Yoda, sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g. Somewhere on the internet, there's a slash fanfiction being written about this.
The most amazing shirt ever!!!! [Ed. note: OK, this whole thing is starting to get a little bit out of hand. And frankly, a little bit dangerous. If you purchase this T-shirt, please wear it responsibly.]
One of only 27 Mexican Hairless dogs in England, four-year-old E.T. is continually ignored by wannabe dog owners visiting the Hillside Boarding and Rescue Centre. Says a staff member, “He's got a hairy face and a mowhawk down the back of his head [that] stops at his shoulders.” Um, are you sure his name isn't Mr.T.?
E.T. just kinda…hangs out in this nugget of comic strip awesomeness. …featuring a cameo by Optimus Prime (sippin’ on a Slurpee, no less)! (Via The Apiary)
