SCIENCE BUZZ: An acupressure technique where they put a staple in your ear to curb your appetite. It’s up to you whether you believe in ancient Chinese wisdom. There are definitely many folks out there who swear by acupuncture (I know some of them and they’re not even that weird or new-agey!)

FOOD BUZZ: Peanut flour that you can mix with water or yogurt to make a peanut butter paste that’s 75% less fat. It can also be used for baking recipes. If you’re prone to eating peanut butter straight out of the jar, you’ll be less likely to do the same with this stuff. There’s a reason why Fun Dip never really caught on.
