At least, I think it's supposed to be an etiquette guide. But hey, even the reviewers were confused. Especially since the author included instructions on how to “cut” reviewers. Oops?

Science Buzz In case anorexia, bulimia and cutting weren't awful enough, there's a new disorder on the rise: self-embedding. Doctors report that young girls have been inserting objects — including needles, staples, glass and crayons — into their skin as a form of self-injury. In one case, a doctor removed a six-inch unfolded staple from a teen girl's arm. Gah!
