The Internet's abuzz with rumors about the realistic effects and creepy multiple websites that all connect to the film's story, which involves aliens living in “slum-like conditions on Earth suddenly find a kindred spirit in a government agent that is exposed to their biotechnology.” Does this not ring any bells with anyone else? Did we all forget last summer's epic Blair Witch-ian battle against aliens codenamed Cloverfield? I'm still having NYC nightmares.

Through the magic of Google Maps and loose grammar, a tour of Manhattan as it appeared in Cloverfield. It seems like a lot of this is a little off, but it's worth it for lines like “oh wow this is where those creepy bug things got the yuppies.”
