This article was meant to be a scathing indictment for a common problem in New York City, people getting handjobs in massage parlors. But judging by the comments, she missed her mark. Some examples: “i wish she had mentioned the pricing in her post.” and “If I were married to this broad, I'd know the address of every hand-jobbin' parlor in the City.”

The skinny jean for men continues to dominate fashion (as designers attempt to push it on bros now, too), as illustrated in one reporter's journey into Williamsburg, Brooklyn - the epicenter of impossibly narcissistic hipsterdom - where denim leggings is the pant of choice. Despite my own personal clueless sense of fashion (which tends to never progress beyond “Hobo Goes Yachting”), I think it's safe to say that pilgrim shoes + visible junk = the worst. Unless, of course, you think your band is amazing.

MUSIC BUZZ: Two Brooklyn-based, Milwaukee-bred brothers that combine perky electropop with - gasp! - actual instrumentation, namely via the French Horn. CELEBRITY BUZZ: The estate of Heath Ledger has decided to go ahead with the restaurant that Ledger had been involved with before his death. The restaurant, tentatively called the Five Leaves, will be on the Bedford Avenue on the border of Greenpoint and Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Seeing as how Ledger’s partner John McCormick is also one of the people behind Manhattan’s exclusive Beatrice Inn it will be interesting to see if any of us Williamsburg residents can actually get in.
