This video posted on YouTube shows a 7-year-old driving an SUV along a country road with the rest of his family in the back seat. [Jack’s Note: He’s shown in the video driving at roughly 40 mph. After an investigation yesterday, Quebec police found the father, who says he regrets letting the boy drive.
