Video: Bono’s Elvis Tribute
Yesterday, Bono unveiled a controversial 14 minute poem about Elvis on the UK's Radio 4. In the poem he drops the N-bomb and recites a bunch of risque metaphors like “Elvis the white n*gger ate at Burger King and just kept getting bigger.” The poem was actually written in 1994 and is called “American David.” It's set to Elvis' music and other sound clips from the past 50 years.
