SPORTS BUZZ: Because mountain biking isn't hardcore enough, a father/son duo picked-up Municycling; unicycling with an “M” for mountain. They just conquered the 14,433-foot Mount Elbert, the highest peak in Colorado, while not wearing clown suits, for unknown reasons. Just sayin' it would've made the feat much harder to top.

CULTURE BUZZ: The Talking Heads frontman designed 9 ridiculous looking bike racks for NYC streets. With names like “The Hipster”, “The Coffee Cup” and “Olde Times Square”, Byrne’s bike racks are meant to capture the essence of New York City neighborhoods and encourage people to ride their bikes.

CULTURE BUZZ: White bicycles — known as Ghosts Bikes — are installed to memorialize cyclists killed by car accidents. The tradition began in St. Louis in 2003 and quickly caught on across the country. The tributes, often adorned with plaques explaining the details of the accident, are also an attempt to raise awareness about sharing the road.
