Beauty Queen's Crystal Crown Stolen
Shift Buzz Miss Oklahoma Betty Thompson was moving to a new house on April 22 when her Swarovski crystal crown was stolen from her car. Also missing are two official pageant brooches and their mahogany case. Thompson tweeted, “Heartbroken that someone would take my Miss OK crown and box…it was taken out of the backseat of my Miss O car!”

Check out this creepy (but really cool) commercial for a new show on We! called “Little Miss Perfect.” Personally, I'm so happy about this beauty pageant trend. Has anyone ever seen Little Dolls? Highly highly recommended.

Miss Teen Lousiana
Celebrity Buzz Lindsey Evans was stripped of her Miss Teen Louisiana crown after ditching her $46.07 tab at a restaurant in Louisiana. Lindsey accidentally left her hand bag at the restaurant which also happened to have a bag of weed in it. Lindsey’s personal goal upon graduating college is to become a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Hopefully this little setback won’t hinder those dreams. After all, her personal motto is “If you want the rainbow, you have to tolerate the rain!!!”

Prison Beauty Pageant
Culture Buzz Every year in September the Good Shepherd Prison in Columbia holds a beauty pageant for it’s female inmates. This year’s contest pitted a drug smuggler, a robber, and a Marxist guerrilla against each other. The pageant was won by Miss Yuri Uribes who is serving five years for drug trafficking. She was arrested trying to board a plane with half a kilo of heroin in her stomach. Her jeweled top and a slit skirt are said to have given her the edge over the other contestants. Sounds like one classy broad.
