STYLE BUZZ: The revival of MTV's hallowed style show debuts this weekend with new host Bar Refaeli (she of Sports Illustrated and Leonardo DiCaprio fame). I used to watch this show and feel super cool about myself, even though I had no idea what was happening. I feel like I may have a similar reaction to this incarnation, but because I'm too old now.

CULTURE BUZZ: The first ever Jewish swimsuit calendar features bikini-clad models posing with items like the Torah, Philip Roth novels, and lox. The tongue-in-cheek calendar appropriately titled “Ladies of ‘69,” for the Jewish year 5769, features Israeli and Jewish-American models Bar Refali, Donna Feldman, Esti Ginzburg, Moran Atias, Adi Neumann, and Neta Bell-Silber. The controversial calendar can be found inside the latest issue of Heeb Magazine and gives the whole Catholic school girl thang a run for its money. Hot Mitzvah. If anyone can find more pictures from the calendar let me know and I’ll post.
