This defaced poster for The September Issue is probably more entertaining than the movie could ever be.

The real question about Anna Wintour is not whether she's warm - she has her furs for that - but whether she can stay relevant in a more down-market age.
Movie Buzz The definitive Anna Wintour documentary is premiering this weekend at Sundance. It's Anna-approved, which means loads of designers and juicy details about her personal life. I can't resist comparing her office (in the preview) to the office in Devil Wears Prada; they are exactly the same. And please watch that Accessories Designer's facial expressions. She is 10 minutes away from crying in a bathroom stall.

The newest insane rumor from the Who Will Obama Appoint Next department: Vogue's editor as our national liaison to England or France. A week ago I would have thought this 100% unlikely, but then Sanjay Gupta came along and changed everything.
Style Buzz Rumors are swirling that French Vogue's Carine Roitfeld will replace Anna Wintour as the editor of American Vogue. Many of you will remember an analogous situation in the Devil Wears Prada, which reverse meta-ly enough was based on the real life office practices of one Anna Wintour. What isn't portrayed in the movie is how freaking awesome Carine Roitfeld is. I am kind hoping Anna doesn't have a mythical list tucked to away to save her ass.
An AP photo of Anna Wintour from Fashion Week reveals creepy details. Lumpy gumball cheeks are never out of style!
New York Ranger and d-bag Sean Avery poses for bizarre “candids” inside the offices of Vogue where he is currently…an intern. It would so not surprise us if Anna Wintour taught Sean that terrifying rip-my-shirt-off move. Behind the bangs lies a beast. (Thanks for the tip, Mikey!)
