A Cablevision technician in New Jersey found a 500-pound black bear sleeping in the basement of a house where he was doing repairs.

Apparently the bear was growling (in his sleep <3) but the cable guy didn't think anything of it. Eventually he flashed his light over and saw the sleeping bear.

He called the police, but the bear had already woken up and left the house by then. New Jersey Fish and Game officials eventually found it a couple hours later. The bear was tranquillized and will be relocated.
