An 1861 letter from Abraham Lincoln has just gone up for sale. It was written on behalf of a schoolboy whose friends were mocking him because they didn't believe his claim that he shook the President's hand. Cute! “Whom it may concern, I did see and talk with master George Evans Patten, last May, at Springfield, Illinois. Respectfully, A Lincoln.”

NuggNuts is the best (and most delicious) group on Facebook. Not only are there chicken nuggets that look like other things (Abe Lincoln, Africa, Shark, Etc.) but also pictures of chicken nugget fiends holding up signs saying how they like their nugs.. TV BUZZ: David Simon’s next project for HBO is about the Lincoln assassination and the 12-day search that ended in the capture of John Wilkes Booth. Manhunt will reunite Simon with Tom Fontana, the guy behind Oz who also originally adapted Simon’s Homicide: A Year on the Killing Streets for TV. In other words: Good times.
