You don’t have to be a English, coke-addicted throwback singer to have huge hair. Just ask any of these ladies. I, for one, am thankful to be a child of the nineties, when mushroom cuts and pyramid-shaped mom bobs - albeit ugly - were far better than some of these 80’s-era disasters.
