Get married already.
I really get your sentiment, but I get the other side too. There are thousands and thousands of paintings out there, they can’t all stick around forever.
Which one owns the Internet?
24 should be “pugg life.”
You need to establish a cheat day. Eat healthy 6 days of the week, go for your burger 1 day. Have the fries. Eventually you will stop craving it as strongly, because cramming your stomach full of fatty will make you feel sluggish and bloated in comparison to the other 6 days. Just don’t be weak and squeeze in 2 cheat days. And if you do want to go out to eat on another day, order the healthiest thing on the menu that still sounds pretty tasty, and a glass of wine instead of a mixed drink.
While I agree that you should have flexibility and be willing to cheat, there are studies on marathon runners that showed that they were actually in awful condition. They thought they could eat whatever they wanted because they ran all the time. Google it, there were a few recent articles floating around the internet about it. The people over 100 probably had a higher vegetable to meat ratio in their meals than we do on average today, because it was less expensive to eat that way and that’s just how meals were.
Have you talked to a doctor? If you’re perpetually tired it could indicate a sleep disorder, a thyroid disorder, or a million other things, so eating healthy may not be enough to boost your energy (but keep it up anyway!).
If you haven’t already done so, get some probiotics into the mix. Yogurt or kimchi or something may help. Coffee usually helps too. :)
I thought fast food meals topped at around $6-$7? And there are dollar menus. If you buy organic then yeah, it can definitely be spendy; my husband and I usually figure out roughly how much our at-home dinners cost when we make something especially tasty, and the price is usually more than fast food but less than a sit-down restaurant dinner would be. I do get the dilemma for people in lower income brackets.
That shoot was done before her nudes were hacked. And can you really call it naked when all you see is cleavage?
More like I ask people to slow down because “I have short legs!” Also, hugging somebody who is actually my height is like, the best thing ever.
I wonder if they could have saved the man by doing a better job of diverting the tiger’s attention, maybe with food at another area of the enclosure. Throwing rocks at the tiger seems like a terrible idea.
In general the argument that “they’re ok with it because they’re participating so you should be ok with it too” is faulty. People can be involved in or coerced into things they don’t recognize as damaging, have been often enough throughout history. Although I’m not saying it’s the case here; I actually think this is a powerful piece of art and the dialogue around it is particularly interesting.
Taboulleh is often shown as being grain based, with flecks of parsley, and is made that way in many US grocery stores. However, it’s traditionally parsley based, with a much smaller amount of bulgur. The fake taboulleh drives me nuts whenever I come across it.
I think general attractiveness and expressions may make a difference, I know it was touched on, but Yasmin’s big smile is a lovely feature. And while Lindsay is pretty, if both had the same shade of skin color you would have to admit that she’s not as beautiful as Yasmin, nor is she smiling so broadly. Kate vs Joanna, similar story, Joanna’s smile is engaging, and it’s difficult to tell how attractive Kate actually is, while Joanna’s facial features are definitely on the very lovely side. How much does this come into play? If Joanna were not so beautiful, I bet her swipe rate would have been lower and her religion more of a deciding factor than it already was. So next question, how much does actual beauty reduce our making logical decisions on who to date? Would we give up personal ideals or concepts of who we should be with when confronted by a disarmingly beautiful potential match?
I haven’t had classes in any of this for over 10 years, decided to do it without writing it out or using a calculator because I wanted to see how much my brain remembered and could intuit. I think some of these are a little too easy to figure out with process of elimination; for example, the first one I knew from just looking at the 2^2, the 8 and the 6, I didn’t have to figure out anything else in the math. If there were more than two choices with other variations I may have had to do more detailed calculations.
Gingham is less generic than a blue shirt, so more notable when it becomes… generic. Also especially notable that they’re (almost?) all J.Crew shirts.
Agreed. While I absolutely recognize it as a deliberate choice for race relations, I actually think it’s pretty smart.
I think based on the available evidence and eyewitness accounts that have been given to the media, it’s looking likely that he is.
British? You may just be hacked to death by madmen instead. Plenty of racism in Europe as well.
While they did take their sweet time releasing his name, relocation is necessary. They know he would be physically attacked if he stayed in town. If he winds up charged with murder, even murder suspects are afforded protection during the proceedings. Relocating him and his innocent family members is the technically correct thing to do in this situation.
No jeans? What about the Target clearance rack, Forever 21, or H&M? Value Village or Buffalo Exchange? I bet if you keep an eye out for them, you can gradually build up a little stack of jeans you like on a tiny budget. And for tights, I would think a couple tunics that are nipped in at the waist or belted would be the way to go. If your tights have enough coverage, a longer t-shirt may work.
This is probably just a crappy back-end system. Whoever programmed it needed to put a verification that ID was shown, and couldn’t put in a 0¢ line.
They basically have built-in hammer pants.
He should start taking colloidal silver so he turns blue to better match the tats.
Joker + Joan Rivers
Apparently 90% of the commenters here can’t tell when something is fictional. She’s playing a character, this is all scripted. And yes her hair could be considered messy… But only by 1990s standards.
