Rodney King Has Died
The victim of an infamous act of police brutality that sparked the LA riots was found dead today at age 47, TMZ reports. According to sources, King’s fiancée found him dead at the bottom of a pool this morning.
Warning: brutal violence. In this violent video that made King famous, he was beaten by four white police officers after exceeding the speed limit and attempting to flee. King was 25 years old.

Pecadillo 11 months agoWas this article written for a school newspaper? “He was nearly beaten to death” is an irresponsible overstatement. And “…operated on for five hours in the hospital following the incident” is a complete lie. I wonder why the other black guys in the car didn’t get beat up. Maybe because they didn’t resist arrest.
