Reddit user Mantees posted a story of coming across a tiny kitten baking in the sun in southern Italy and soon discovered that she was completely blind, and always will be. He took care of her infections and fever and took her home. She’s now all grown up, named Skunky, and is his beloved pet.

marshalls3 8 months agoAmazing… I’m the type of person that takes insects of all kinds outside as opposed to killing them… Although I’m allergic to cats and don’t own any, nor do I plan on it… I would have done the same, or at least found a home. Good for him for being one of the few with a higher consciousness!!
