People who hate gay people are usually ignorant morons who are squicked out by the idea of gay sex (and it’s always male sex, never female), because their minds go straight to it. I’m no prude, but say if a man I know “came out” to me as straight and I immediately started thinking of them having any kind of sex with a woman I’d probably be grossed out, too. I always find it odd that women use God and the Bible to keep people in their place when women have for so long and still have or had the same thing done to them. It’s like for some people, once they get a step up the social or power ladder they turn around and kick someone in the face below them.

Even if there is an all-knowing and powerful God…the bible was written by a bunch of old men centuries ago. So…Lauren Ashley…you’re pretty much basing your ridiculous and sexist claims off of the opinion of old men (you’ve NEVER met) who were just as ignorant and selfish as you when it comes to issues such as homosexuality. And they actually lived back in those “olden times” so they have an excuse for their stupid social ideals and conformities. If God loves us for who we are then he loves all those gay people out there who wanna love other gay people…and you should spread the love around instead of being a b*tch and causing more controversy and hatred in our world. I’m not gay, and I might be uncomfortable seeing two guys or two girls kissing or something, but I’m not going to hate on people I don’t even know for being themselves and being in love! I will however, hate on you for making such a irrational and hateful claim — especially when you don’t have any REAL premise or fact to base it on. Start reading the bible a little more metaphorically and a little less literally so I don’t have to read about your stupid nonsense on Buzzfeed.
