As a man, I find the fantasy that “a man should just KNOW what a woman wants” is damaging. Even loving, considerate men (like myself) need our women to give us at least a clue. The notion that we should somehow intuit this is pure crap. In fact, if we tried to act on something because we “just know she wants,” we could quite soon find ourselves charged with rape. Get a clue, ladies. Tell us what you like and don’t like, and to take some of the pressure off, do it over coffee at a local cafe; don’t wait until we’re in bed or, worse, afterward, to say, “I really wish you would/wouldn’t do (fill in the blank).” Just my two cents.
