The cold never bothered him anyway.

A Rhode Island school principal announced that students had a snow day in an adorable fashion by performing a cover of “Let It Go.”

Matt Glendinning, the head of Moses Brown School, stars in the Frozen-inspired video “School Is Closed,” posted to YouTube on Monday.

After observing the gloomy skies, Glendinning declares that students will have the day off.

The kids are happy...

But not everyone is.

Glendinning tells the kids they can go sledding...

Or stay inside and read.

But whatever they do, they are free for the day!

The video was the brainchild of the school’s communications director Adam Olenn. He told WBUR that he had seen some funny school closing videos, and thought they could “crush” it.

"Of course, with two little girls," Olenn told WBUR, "I've heard "Let It Go" from Frozen more than a couple times."

Glendinning is not actually singing in the video, Olenn said, but is lip-syncing to a track recorded by the school's choral director.

We are sure Elsa would approve.
