I’m really grossed out at the washing recommendation. I wear a bra for one day and them it gets washed. Maybe a second day if I only did light work in it but usually I’m a single wear girl. Also, why no tios on how to properly launder your bras? Air drying is key! I wash on warm on delicate (presoaking as needed for sports bras and heavy sweat days) then I air dry on a hanger - not by the straps!!!! I put the bra over the bottom part of the hanger so it’s supported by the band (meaning the part that hangs is the part that sits over your sturnum). Proper washing and drying will keep life in your bras for a long time.
There’s a group on Facebook for adults with special needs siblings that’s a great resource and safe haven for when you need to let things out or look for advice. It’s called sibnet.
Just tossing this out there, but it doesn’t cost 2,500 to do duel enucluation, which if they are doing drops for pain and pressure, and since her vision is gone, is what she’ll likely need. Our vet did my kitty’s eyes for well under a grand.
