    interesting insight into how our brains process something seemingly as automatic as climbing stairs. Seems like we become acclimated to a certain change in height and automatically take each step accordingly (and precisely, as the inch difference in height shows here, a small variance, either over or under stepping, can easily result in a trip).  I wonder how different the effect would be if it were earlier step (between the 1st and 5th), or, how long does it take for us to come to automatically acclimate to a particular step height? Wow, I just nerded out.
