we’re all horrified and utterly embarrassed by this here in vancouver. the overwhelming feeling across the city has been a combination of fear and shame.  fortunately, there’s been a huge rallying of vancouverites to head downtown and help with the cleanup, and a very active facebook page on which people are tagging looters in their uploaded images to assist the rcmp. i’m ashamed; i thought we were better than this.

whoa sorry, wait…did i just hear a complaint about the “hypersexualization of women” at 2:06? in the context of a conversation about sesame street? from *miss america 2008*? i guess she wasn’t missing the point any more than those other imbeciles were, though.
