Dream on … The “Public Option” will simply put doctors and hospitals out of business. When everyone moves into the “Punblic Option” thinking they'll get something for nothing, and the govenrment sets the fees Docs get paid and it's not enough to cover their expenses … they will have no one with private insurance to charge and make up the difference.
