1. When your Tamagotchi died because the buttons got stuck.

10. Having to look in the phonebook if you wanted to contact someone whose number you didn't have.
11. When your lazy food delivery choices were limited to whatever junk mail leaflets had recently come through your letterbox.
12. And only being able to phone to get takeaway food.
13. Being cruelly forced to decide which of your texts were worth saving because your first phone could only store 10 texts.
14. Accidentally opening the weird early browser on your phone and trying to shut it really quickly before you got billed.
15. Missing the weather forecast on the TV and just having to hope for the best.
16. Having to physically bring your friends to the shops with you so they could advise you on how an outfit looked.
17. Only being able to ask people on a date in person.
18. Getting a terrible answer in MASH and knowing that your future involved living in a shack with Nickelback.
19. When your Walkman skipped a track because you walked too enthusiastically.
20. Turning up to a party and discovering someone else was wearing the same Abercrombie & Fitch hoodie as you.
21. Having to go home and consult an encyclopedia if you wanted to find out the answer to a stupid argument you were having with your friends.
22. Getting really upset that the hilarious Hotmail email address you wanted was already taken.
23. Agonising over which of your friends to put first in your MSN name.
24. Your entire school career resting on not losing one of these things.
25. Having to go through this lengthy procedure every time you wanted to play a game.
26. And having to get off the internet because your mum wanted to use the phone.
