Laying Your Boobs On Things For Breast Cancer Awareness Month Is The Next Big Thing

This October, ladies everywhere are "Mamming" to motivate women to get early breast cancer screening and mammograms.

Don't be alarmed this October if you notice ladies laying their boobs on things.

    They're just "Mamming."

"Mamming" is the "act of laying your (clothed) boobs on a flat surface."

Odds are, any women you see doing this are participating in the #Mamming project, which hopes to inspire women to take action with early detection — specifically mammograms.

The #Mamming project comes from the passionate minds of Michelle Lamont and Michele Jaret. Lamont, a breast cancer survivor at 25-years-old, knows first hand how important early screening can be.

In the project's launch video, actress Erin Daniels shows you how it's done:

Such form is to be expected from a pro like her.

But it's important to remember that anyone can mam and everyone should mam.

The campaign hopes to take away the awkwardness associated with getting a mammogram.

And ladies all over have already answered the call:

    Mam while talking at work.

    Teach your dog to mam.

Even the men can mam! Bravo, gents.

And if at first you don't succeed...

    ... Just keep trying.

    Happy Mamming!
