In Colorado, This Is What Making History Looks Like

Colorado’s first civil unions were caught on film by advocacy group One Colorado.

1. Over 100 couples joined together in civil unions at midnight on May 1st in Denver, CO.

2. They held a celebration to remember at One Colorado’s Civil Soirée.

3. Denver Mayor Michael Hancock presided over the first couple’s ceremony.
