In Case You Forgot That JebBushForPresident.com Is Owned By A Gay Couple

Bush's recent announcement will likely increase traffic to JebBushForPresident.com — a page bought by the couple back in 2008.

Former two-time Florida Governor Jeb Bush announced his official presidential plan earlier this week in Miami.

But, if you try and pop over to JebBushForPresident.com, you probably won't find what you're looking for.

    Instead, you'll find this:

The page is owned by a gay couple, CJ and Charlie.

The self-proclaimed "high tech bears" met in 1996 through a mutual friend in Portland, Oregon.

"Now we find ourselves at a crossroad," the site reads. "How can we help our friends, family, and neighbors have the discussions we all need to have so we can learn from each other and break down some of the tension, drama, and sometimes outright ignorance of our fellow man?"

"Jeb has such a bad history with regards to LGBTQ rights, we thought it would be fun to utilize that history and apply a twist," the couple told BuzzFeed News of their chosen URL.

Since Bush's announcement the page has received a lot more attention. According to the couple, this month they've received almost 70,000 page views.

Where can you find Jeb Bush's real campaign page? Jeb2016.com had to do.
