500,000 Party From Dusk To Dawn At Melbourne's White Night Festival

Victoria's capital transformed for amazing all-night festival.

Melbourne celebrated on mass during this weekend's second annual White Night Festival.

For one night only, Melbourne's streets, parks, laneways and landmarks were transformed in a dusk till dawn celebration of the city's passions.

    Thousands packed Federation Square.

An estimated crowd of 550,000 revelers easily topped the 300,00 who attended the inaugural White Night in 2013.

Flinders Street's Wonderland projections were incredible.

Commentators argued that the spectacle could become Melbourne's Notting Hill Carnival, Mari Gras and Love Parade: a night of "collective joy".
