That's what I thought it said at first… I was sorely disappointed.

Do you feel the same way about pigs and cows? First of all, pigs are commonly ranked above cats and dogs in cognitive ability. Also, horses provide some of the leanest meat available. Don't reject horse meat due to some Western, pseudo-noble idea that horses are above being eaten, when other animals that are smarter (and dare I say, more human-like) are consumed.
