Why Every Rock Musician Should Have Elvis Presley Sheet Music

Who do people most associate with the term “Rock and Roll?” If you are like millions of music lovers around the world, your answer is likely Elvis Presley. Known to his fans as “The King of Rock and Roll,” Elvis took the world by storm during the 1950’s and 1960’s, when rock and roll first made its explosive debut. He was also known to cause hearts to flutter with love songs, including “Love Me Tender” and “Are You Lonesome Tonight?” To complement his musical career, Elvis also starred in several movies, such as “Love Me Tender” and “Loving You.”

The Legend Continues

Sadly, Elvis passed away in 1977, and the world mourned the loss of one of the greatest Rock legends. However, the music of Elvis Presley lives on to this day, some 35 years later. Musicians from every genre, including rock, country and pop, have an Elvis song or two in their repertoire. Just visit any nightclub or rock concert, and you will likely see people of all ages dancing and singing along when an Elvis song begins to play. His music and his passion are timeless.
