    3 Tasty Meals You Can Create Using A Pressure Cooker

    Want to make delicious home-cooked meals without slaving away for hours in the kitchen? A pressure cooker is the perfect solution.

    Meals made in a pressure cooker are ready in about one-third the time of cooking on the stovetop or in the oven – and since pressure cookers work quickly, your vegetables won’t lose vitamins and minerals they way they will in a slow cooker or Crock Pot.

    Old pressure cookers caused kitchen disasters when the lids popped off – but new models have safety features that make pressure cooking safe for everyone. Modern pressure cookers have lids that must be locked before the pressure rises, expanding rubber gaskets that makes it impossible to open the pot before the pressure has been released, and over-pressure plugs.
