How You Feel When Walmart Helps Thieves Take Your Money

shokamolovalenberg8131989@yahoo.com is the email address of the jackass who stole my walmart.com account info and ordered himself a $150 gift card using my debit card. he had it delivered to himself via email. i found out shortly afterwards because i received the email confirmation for the purchase, as he'd changed the gift-to email, but not the gift-from email. when i called walmart customer service, they refused to cancel the order. They also refused to delete my walmart.com account telling me they'd have to evaluate whether they would close it. finally, they refused to deactivate, track, or cancel the gift card that was purchased. so the thief gets away with it and i am left calling BOA to dispute the charge. So thanks WALMART, you did nothing to help. In fact, you aided the theft, so i will say you are a thief by association.
